Cancellation Policy

Essential Touch Massage – Terms & Conditions & Client Policies 1. Services Provided Essential Touch Massage offers professional massage therapy services only. No other treatments or services are currently available. 2. Booking & Payment No deposit is required to book an appointment. Full payment must be made before the session begins. Accepted payment methods: Card or PayPal via the website Cash accepted on arrival before the session starts 3. Late Arrival & Waiting Fee (Mobile Appointments) A 15-minute grace period is provided if the client is not ready upon arrival. If the wait exceeds 15 minutes, a £5 waiting fee will be charged. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be given. 4. No-Show Policy If the client is not present and ready within 20 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, it will be treated as a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. 5. Health & Wellness Policy If you are feeling unwell, please cancel your appointment and you will be allowed to reschedule at no extra cost, even on the same day. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations—rescheduling only. If the therapist arrives and determines that you are not well enough for treatment, the massage will not be performed. 6. Respectful Conduct Clients must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. No foul language, inappropriate comments, or unnecessary physical contact will be tolerated. Any violation will result in the immediate termination of the session, with no refund, and potential refusal of future services. 7. Privacy & Data Protection Client information (name, contact details, relevant health notes) is collected solely for the purpose of delivering safe and effective services. All personal data is stored securely and handled in accordance with data protection laws.
